Batch Rename

Introducing Batch Rename
Originating from the need to manage hundreds of photographs, Batch Rename allows you to rename your files in bulk, to a predetermined format that you configure.  A tool originally built specifically for managing pictures (JPGs, PNGs, TIFs, etc), Batch Rename will more or less rename any set of files you choose.  Choose your files, configure a format, hit the GO button.  Boom, you're done.

Batch Rename has a few predetermined formats based on date, time, and variations of original filename.  You can even add a sequence format to your files.  What's more, if you choose the sequence format, you can choose how your files are sorted before they are numbered.  Will this tool work with every format you can imagine?  Probably not right out of the box.  But the beauty is that if you have a special format you'd like to see in the product, contact us and we'll see if your idea is feasible for some future release.  And for those that are interested, there's a configuration file that contains a field allowing you to exclude certain file types from your batch.

Download Batch Rename now and see for yourself how easy it is to use.
